Therapy & Coaching

Welcome!

Humans have a tremendous capacity to grow and heal. I create an affirming, confidential space for you to share your unique story, name what needs attention, and engage your capacity to heal and change. Together we’ll create an approach tailored to your needs. I’ll help you build the tools and skills to create more ease in your life and build the confidence to make changes.

My approach engages your whole self by integrating an understanding of the body’s nervous system, brain science, mindfulness, psychotherapy, depth psychology, and movement.

I have 20+ years of experience coaching and counseling using an ethical, professional, psychotherapy framework. I have experience working with adults navigating significant change in their personal and professional lives. Studies in brain science, counseling theory, trauma stewardship, somatic experiencing, the nervous system, non-violent communication, depth psychology, change management, and art and movement therapy inform my approach. I am licensed in Oregon and Massachusetts; I have been a Nationally Certified Counselor (since 2000).

What could change in your life if you had a safe and caring space to explore your unique experience as a human?

If you're looking for someone to be in your corner whether your journey is personal or professional, I highly recommend Jenn. A thoughtful listener, I found her coaching and therapeutic style to be supportive and empowering. Jenn always made me feel that I had the answers within myself and used different techniques and questions to guide me to them. Her diverse background means that her tool box is full of treasures and strategies that she uses to benefit her clients. Jenn guided me through some of the most exciting and difficult times I've had in the last few years, and I know that I came out on the other side better equipped to handle them because of her. I am so grateful to have her!
